ORDER

The miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to accept and take on record the report dated 29.04.2026 reporting the steps taken to comply with the

directions contained in the common order dated 23.10.2024 as modified by the order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Honble Court in WP.Nos.8795, 9372, 9713, 9714, 9717, 9718 and 11761 of 2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been complied with and seeks liberty to the petitioner to permit them to participate in the proceeding initiated against IF and FS Networks Ltd., by the Securities and Exchange Board.

3. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this case. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out its remedy in the manner known to law.
