The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay unpaid last retirement month 10/11 days salary with 10% interest to the petitioners.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners, had retired from the services of the first respondent on various dates, and made representations dated 14.09.2024, 23.09.2024, 27.01.2025, 18.02.2025, 26.02.2025, 01.03.2025, 04.03.2025, 05.03.2025, 07.03.2025, 2/5

08.03.2025, 11.03.2025, 14.03.2025, 17.03.2025 and 18.03.2025 respectively to the respondents seeking to pay unpaid last retirement month 10/11 days salary along with interest, there was no response for the same.

3. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representations of the petitioners within a reasonable time.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the said fair submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 14.09.2024, 23.09.2024, 27.01.2025, 18.02.2025, 26.02.2025, 01.03.2025, 04.03.2025, 05.03.2025, 07.03.2025, 08.03.2025, 11.03.2025, 14.03.2025, 17.03.2025 and 18.03.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
