..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the advertisement No.4/2008-09 given by the 2nd respondent published in Daily Thanthi dated 14.08.2008 for direct recruitment of Lecturers in Government Arts and Science Colleges of Education sanctioned by the Government of Tamil Nadu and quash the same and direct the respondents to effect fresh advertisement by allotting seats by giving suitable reservation for the post of lecturers in the subject of commerce in the category of visually impaired so as to enable the petitioner to apply for the post in commerce subject.
