ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in Rc.No.C2/39485/2023 dated 16.06.2023 detaining her husband as "Bootlegger", as contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of detention has been revoked by the Advisory Board. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
