This is an application for condonation of delay of 411 days in filing the appeal.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsels for non-applicants.

It is stated that applicant No.1 has met with an accident with multiple fractures and got operated. As such, applicant No.1, who was looking after the matter, was immobilised.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 411 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
