ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) The petitioners herein are aggrieved against the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal'), directing them to maintain status quo ante with regard to the transfer order of the respondents 1 to 8 herein.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, though it is claimed that the reply affidavit has been filed on 26.06.2025 itself, the interim application has not been disposed of till date.
3. The petitioners have raised several grounds challenging the sanctity of the interim order granted by the Tribunal. We are of the view that these aspects could be considered by the Tribunal itself. Since the petitioners submit that certain inconveniences has been caused to them owing to the interim order, we deem it appropriate that a time limit could be fixed for the Tribunal to dispose of the interim application.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed with a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, to dispose of the interim application in M.A.No.251 of 2025, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to raise all the grounds raised in the present affidavit before the Central Administrative Tribunal in the manner known to law. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
