This petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.It is seen from records that there were Civil proceedings between the parties and the father of the petitioner ultimately succeeded before this Court in S.A.No.2066 of 1983 by judgment and decree dated 15.09.1989. This judgment has become final. Inspite of this Civil court decree, the counter party was attempting to cause threat to the petitioner and her mother and was interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the property. Therefore a representation was made before the respondent police on 25.06.2019 seeking for police protection. The petitioner has became the owner of the property by virtue of the settlement deed dated 21.07.2017 executed by her father. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.
4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to call the parties for an enquiry and instruct the third respondent and persons claiming under him not to cause threat or to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner. If inspite of the same any threat is exerted by the counter party, action shall be taken immediately against them and if necessary police protection may also be granted to the petitioner.
6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
