This petition has been filed to modify the condition passed in Crl.O.P No. 12021 of 2024 by its order dated 22.05.2024 in para 8(b) that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Laksh Only) to the credit of No. 49 of 2024, before the concerned magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.

2. The reason assigned by the petitioner is satisfactory. Accordingly, para 8 (b) in Crl.OP. No. 12021 of 2024 dated 22.05.2024 is modified as follows :

8(b). the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of crime No. 49 of 2024, before the concerned magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.

3. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P No. 12021 of 2024. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
