ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents submits that in this case, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed in CC.No.4/2020 before the SCST Court, Tiruvannamalai and the next date of hearing will be on 16.12.2022.

3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Page No.2 of 4

petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.12.2022 Index: Yes/No jrs To:
