2.Heard Mr.R.Karthik, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant in all petitions.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) to Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this court.
