Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABRAR MOHAMED ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6274 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13114 of 2020 order dated 05.11.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6274 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13114 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020, as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
