Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision with a liberty to approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai South, for the purpose of complying with the "return endorsement". Liberty is granted. Office is directed to return the "original return sheet" to the petitioner. The Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
