ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420 of IPC and Section 7(1) and 7(3) of Lotteries Regulation Act, in Crime No.1921 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody.
