This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that on receipt of the complaint, CSR No.283 of 2025 was assigned and after completion of enquiry, the Investigating Agency found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and closed the complaint. Hence, there is no question of harassment is made out.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
