This petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the Decree and Judgment dated 19.02.2018 in O.S.No.23 of 2011 of the District Munsif, Sholingar.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated for dispensing with the production of the certified copy of the Decree and Judgment in O.S.No.23 of 2011. Therefore the petition to dispense with production of certified copies of the Decree and Judgment in O.S.No.23 of 2011 is dispensed with for the present.

Accordingly this petition is ordered.
