A.Nos.5674, 5675 and 5676 of 2019 in C.S.No.567 of 2014 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., These applications have been filed seeking permission to receive the documents, to reopen and recall the plaintiff side evidence of PW1 Dr.P.Maruthi Rao in the above suit in C.S.No.567 of 2014.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, these applications are allowed and PW1 is recalled the evidence of PW1 is reopened and applicant is permitted to produce the documents as set out in the Judges summons in application No.5674 of 2019.

3. Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Additional Master-II on 26.08.2019 for evidence.
