Earlier, this Court by an order dated 08.11.2024 allowed the above petition on payment of cost of Rs.2000/- payable to Medical Research Foundation (Sankara Nethralaya), Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant filed an affidavit of service along with receipt for tendering cost of Rs.2000/- and the same is recorded.
