CR.NO.4105 OF 2012 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal APPEAL No.217 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence and conviction imposed against the petitioner in S.C No.50 of 2014 dated 23.02.2018 by the Mahalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvallur District and enlarges the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the said Crl.A.No.217 of 2018.
