It is seen from the docket orders, learned counsel for the petitioner had been sought adjournments continuously from the year 2019 onwards. Even today, when the matter is called, there was no representation for the petitioner, it shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter, even for condoning delay petition. Therefore, there is no useful purpose will be served in kept pending this petition on file. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed to condone the delay is dismissed and the Criminal Revision Case is also rejected at the S.R., stage itself.
