ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the bail condition imposed in para No.3 on the petitioner by this court in Crl.M.P.No.6293 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30996 of 2024 in Cr.No.398 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30. am., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
