This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.9544 of 2023 by order dated 28.04.2023 in (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders and relax the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
