ORDER
This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.33 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent mainly on the ground that there has been absolutely no progress in the investigation.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost completed and that a final report will be filed within a period of four weeks. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also circulated the 164 statement that was recorded from the victim boy in order to establish that there are serious allegation in this case and hence, all steps were taken to conduct an effective investigation.
