A perusal of the impugned order would show that an appeal would lie against the impugned order to the Additional Chief Secretary cum Land Administration Commissioner, Chennai. Therefore, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to exercise the extraordinary remedy, more so, when certain factual issues are involved.

2. Accordignly, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the order impugned within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in which case, the same shall not be rejected on the ground of delay and laches.
