(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Karthik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the sixth respondent is

using his influence and selling sand to private person.

3. No details are appearing in the writ petition. It is submitted that the application has been made under the Right to Information Act. However, there are no details on record.

4. If the petitioner can demonstrate with some specific instances, then, the petitioner may take appropriate steps.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
