CMP No.13569 of 2022 in A.S.SR.No.6277 of 2020 R.N.MANJULA,J This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner for condoning the delay of 867 days in paying deficit court fee in the Appeal Suit.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 867 days is condoned for payment of deficit court fee in the above unnumbered appeal.
