CRIME NO. 88 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extension of time in Crl.OP.no.12597 of 2020 dated on 19.08.2020 to execute the order of this Honble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 19.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions of the order in Crl.O.P.No.12597 of 2020.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions of the order in Crl.O.P.No.12597 of 2020 before the concerned Court.
