The earlier petition for suspension of sentence was dismissed by this Court by order dated 26.04.2024 on merits.

2. Since there are no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition for suspension of sentence and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

3. However, since the petitioner is in custody from 02.03.2023, the appeal may be listed for final hearing.

4. It is also reported that the paper book is ready. Hence, list the case for final hearing on 17.12.2024.
