Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of his representation dated 04.12.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for execution of the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property which was allotted to him, for which, he has also claimed to have paid the entire sale consideration.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said sale deed has not been executed so far inspite of repeated request.

4. This Court, at this stage is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and decide. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 3rd respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
