This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in the order in Crl.O.P.No.11877 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026.

2.Heard the learned counsel for both sides. Considering the very recent order passed by this Court i.e on 07.05.2026, this Court is of the firm view that it is premature to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this Petition is dismissed for the present.
