ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition in para No. 6(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13020 of 2025 Order dated 28.04.2025 imposed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
