C.M.P.No.14640 of 2020 in S.A. SR.No.20664 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY. J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 975 days in representing the case papers of the above Second Appeal. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the judgment and decree issued by the Court below were not clear and legible and hence the petitioner once again applied for clean copy. Due to which the delay of 975 days occurred. He further submitted that in the connected case, the delay was condoned, Second appeal was numbered and stay was also granted.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
