Side) would submit that the petitioner was admitted in the hospital for treatment in the Government Hospital at Salem and he passed away on 14.12.2020. 2.In view of the death of the petitioner, the charge against the petitioner in C.C.No.73 of 2017, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem has abated and thereby nothing stands for adjudication.
