Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2021 with regard to count his service in full as qualifying service by absorbing as Supernumerary Watcher service on completion of ten years notionally from 12.12.1993 to till the date of retirement similar to Junior in the light of G.O.Ms.No.22, P & R Department dated 28.02.2006 and the order made by the District Educational Officer, Paramakudi in Na.Ka.No.2648/A1/2008 dated 30.04.2012 along with the half of
contingencies service paid from 12.12.1983 to 11.12.1993 for the purpose of old pension and to send pension proposal to the fourth respondent to authorise the same with all consequential arrear benefits with interest as per the pension rule. ORDER
Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the issue is seemingly covered by an order dated 23.02.2021. He further submits that petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2021 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the respondents.
2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.
