This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Court on 12.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12118 of 2023 with the following condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
