The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by 1/4

the Writ Court in W.P.No.35789 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the Director of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy through his proceedings in Ref.No.9661/E2/1/2014 dated 09.08.2024.

2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
