2. The suit is at the pre-trial stage. The respondent / defendant has no objection to these applications being allowed. Accordingly, A.Nos.3287 and 3288 of 2022 are allowed subject to the right of the defendant to file an affidavit of admission / denial in respect of the material objects and additional documents and raise objections in course of trial inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof. The parties are directed to file the affidavit of admission / denial and draft issues on the next hearing date.
