The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider his representation dated 05.04.2023 and dispose of the same in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.2282/2021/Ka.Ma.3(2) dated 15.11.2021.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the vacant land comprised in S.No.137/2 (part) in Konerikuppam Village. The land belonged to the petitioner was wrongly included in the layout laid by the respondents 3 & 4 and consequently the petitioner issued a legal notice to the first 2/4

respondent on 03.08.2021. Therefore, the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2282/2021/Ka.Ma.3(2) dated 15.11.2021 directed the respondents 3 & 4 to produce the title documents relating to the survey number. However, no further action has been taken by the first respondent, therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 & 2 on 05.04.2023 making a request to cancel the layout approval.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that representation given to the respondents 1 & 2 on 05.04.2023 has not been considered till date.

4. In view of the limited prayer made in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2023 in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 & 4 and pass final orders within a period of 8 weeks from today.
