This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.17967 of 2020 dated 13.10.2023.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and order has been passed by rejecting her request for family pension.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, compliance is recorded and this Contempt Petition is closed.
