ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 25.09.2024, directed the learned Principal District Munsif, Pollachi to number the petition and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of numbering the petition. Since the petition could not be numbered within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 16.11.2024, sought for four months time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of two(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court dated 25.09.2024. 13-03-2025 msv
