ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.202/7A (0.91⁄2 and 0.39 cents) and 203/2B (0.6 and 0.36 cents) situated at Thukkiyampalaiyam Village, Vazhappadi Taluk, Salem District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.08.2021.

2. Heard Mr.G.Balamanikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner requested the respondents to survey and demarcate his property comprised in Survey No.202/7A ad-measuring 0.91⁄2 cents and 39 cents and in Survey No.203/2B ad-measuring 0.6 cents and 0.36 cents situated at Thukkiyampalaiyam Village, Vazhappadi Taluk, Salem District.

4. The petitioner also paid the requisite fees by the challan dated 13.01.2021. Even then the first respondent is keeping the application as pending without taking any steps to survey the land.

5. Considering the above, the respondents are directed to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners if any and demarcate the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
