This petition is filed seeking to quash C.C.No.232 of 2022 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.45 of 2019, as against the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Vv 05.04.2024 2/4
