ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The petitioner, who appears as party-in-person, has submitted that the fate of the complaints made is not known. Though he made several representations on 03.06.2017, 05.06.2017, 07.10.2017 and 01.11.2017, no reply has been given by the respondent. made to the National Human Rights Commission were also transferred to the respondent by the proceedings dated 05.02.2018. Even the subsequent representation made on 27.02.2018 has not been effectively responded.

2. Despite service of notice and the name of the learned counsel for the respondent having been printed in the cause list, none appears for the respondent.

3. Taking note of the grievance expressed by the petitioner, we direct the respondent to give a suitable reply to the petitioner to the last representation made by him on 27.02.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
