2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the parties have arrived at settlement in the mediation and the settlement agreement is placed before this Court.

3. Accordingly, these original petitions stands disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived in mediation.

4. The mediation report shall form part and parcel of the Order.
