This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to clarify the order, dated 16.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11094 of 2021 with regard to the reference to the original deed of codicil, dated 04.02.2019 sent for forensic examination and the forensic report submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor before this Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court vide order, dated 30.06.2021 recorded the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the 1st respondent Police received the original copy of codicil and forwarded the same to the Forensic Department and awaiting for the outcome of the report. Thereafter, the above Criminal Original Petition disposed on 16.08.2021. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner now submitted that there is no mention about the original copy of codicil subjected to forensic Page No.1/3

examination in the order, dated 16.08.2021. Hence, he filed this petition to clarify the same, since he apprehends the forensic report if in his favour, would be withheld and suppressed.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police submitted that the original copy of the codicil was sent for forensic examination. The Scientific Officer had subjected the codicil and sent two reports and the same are as follows:- ●The report in document No.189 of 2020, dated 04.03.2021. ●The report in document No.103 of 2021, dated 13.07.2021. 6.In view of the same, no further orders are required in this petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
