Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the award dated 27.05.2019 in ID.No.330 of 2010 from the file of the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent management to pay the petitioner 75% back wages and other attendant benefits for the period from the date of termination to the date of award and 25% back wages for the period from 09.08.2012 to 04.09.2016 in addition to the reliefs 1/4

already granted, award costs.
