By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.336/22 measuring an extent of 94 sq.meter (1100 sq.ft.), situated at Indira Nagar, Minjur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2020. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent, learned Additional Public 2/5

Prosecutor for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has paid the requisite fees to survey the property and demarcate its boundaries in Survey No.336/22 situated at Indira Nagar, Minjur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District. In this regard, the petitioner has also given representation on 13.07.2020. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he seeks a direction. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2020 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
