Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records in Letter (1D) No.148/SE5(2)/2021 dated 02.09.2021 on the filed of the 1st respondent and to quash the same and direct the respondents to release the outstanding payments as per the petitioner institutes representations dated 15.05.2019, 26.12.2019, 18.06.2020 and 24.08.2020 for the services provided by the petitioner institute towards NEET Coaching.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to call for the records in Letter (1D) No.148/SE5(2)/2021 dated 02.09.2021 on the filed of the 1st respondent and to quash the same and direct the respondents to release the outstanding payments as per the petitioner institutes representations dated 15.05.2019, 26.12.2019, 18.06.2020 and 24.08.2020 for the services provided by the petitioner institute towards NEET Coaching.

2. When the matter is taken up Ms.Shabnam Banu Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though very many contentions have been raised, however the matter in dispute is factual in nature and therefore, this Court may permit the petitioner to go before the competent Civil Court by producing all the necessary documents.

3. Mr.V.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader has no serious objection to the above stand of the petitioner, since the matter relates to factual dispute.

4. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out its remedy in accordance with the law.
