ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to issue her a certificate that she has completed her law graduation in Tamil medium, to enable her to apply for direct recruit for the post of District Judge (Entry Level) in the Tamil Nadu Judicial service, for which online application has been called for.

3.Mr.C.Kathiravan, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for 1st respondent. He makes a statement on instructions that the petitioner has done the first two years of a law course in English and the remaining three years she did it in Tamil. He submitted a certificate to that effect would be issued to her on or before 24.07.2023.
