ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.60 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Puduchery and a copy of the final report was also produced before this Court. The learned Additional Public Pleader submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on file. 3.In the light of the above development, there is no scope for interfering with the FIR at this stage and there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Puduchery to act upon the final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms. 14.07.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order ssr
