ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to make entries in UDR register and issue computerised patta, chitta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021 and 11.03.2022, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed the supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of his representation. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.

3.Till date, the counter has not been filed by the official respondents. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 6th respondent, the competent Authority to consider the petitioner's

representation on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any from the neighbouring land owners or any other third party as the 6th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 6th respondent, the competent Authority to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 08.02.2021 and 11.03.2022, seeking for corrections of UDR Register for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition by issuing computerised patta and chitta in favour of the petitioner, after hearing the objections, if any from the neighbouring land owners or any other third party including the respondents 4 and 5, as the 6th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
